In today’s changing workplace, experienced managers face new demands to be able to coach and develop their employees in depth. This two-day course covers the GROW model, solution-focused coaching and emotional intelligence, interspersed with practical exercises and role plays. You will gain strategies to strengthen team self-leadership, communicate effectively and follow up your coaching efforts for best results.

Develop the ability to hold coaching conversations, use development models and strengthen team self-leadership.

Managers with at least one year of experience in a managerial role.

Completion of a basic management course or equivalent practical experience.

Diploma after completion of the course.

Certified coaches and organizational psychologists.
