Negotiations can feel like difficult conversations and many people feel they often have to give in to avoid conflict. The truth is that negotiations don’t have to be that complicated – the problem often lies in using the wrong strategies. In this course, we’ll go through the most common myths and mistakes around negotiations and teach research-based and proven strategies that actually work in both technical and business contexts.
